The installation of Windows is counterfeit.

The OEM_SLP Key is from a Dell machine.
The motherboard is a retail one.
The SLIC table has been installed by a hackers Activation Exploit.

You need to reformat and reinstall using genuine Windows media and Key.

You should attempt to claim a refund from the vendor - and report them to MS and whatever site you bought through.
Activation Exploits often come with other unwanted programs and malware - which is why we recommend a reformat - which can reduce the security and stability of the machine so until you have a genuine install it's impossible to be certain what is causing the problems.
