    What are the specs listed on your RAM labels, is it all the same type and brand? IF not it can cause issues.

    Some hardware tests to run.

    Hard drive(s)test(s):
    Pick one for your HDD brand or use Seatools.
    7 Free Hard Drive Testing Software Tools

    RAM (memory) test:
    This will require memtest on a bootable CD or USB stick.

    Driver Downloading and I Downloaded New Driver not a month ago!
    File Version 8.97.100.7
    Product Name Catalyst 13-1-legacy

    And Outside temp is 26C where I am now! which is hottest day yet! at night CPU at 43C

    Also could running my RAM at 1.8v cause a problem, as if i have it at 1.5 or even 1.6v the computer seizes up before i get to the log in screen! (I have bulging Capacitors I'm not compitaint enough to replace by self)

    Need the info and do the HDD tests as listed. HD Tune is a benchmark, not a repair utility.

    The RAM syas it is 1.5V, earlier you said you'd set it at 1.8V and that will cause issues.
    Go Into BIOS and check what voltages you have in the hardware area, it seems your GPU is defective or the PSU is not supplying enough power.

    it is at 1.8V any less and PC won't boot and I think it's the GPU it's old and nothing but problems since i got it! (well since windows 7 came out!)

    what Graphics would you recommend - I need equal or better GFX and I don't want one that's like 200GBP Budget of 80GBP to 100GBP MAX!! even 2 cheap ones that are Xfire or SLI not bothered just need it to be equal!

    Here's some in the general price range: Newegg.com - Computer Hardware, Video Cards & Video Devices, Desktop Graphics Cards, NVIDIA, $100 - $200, GeForce GTX 600 series, GeForce GTX 650 Ti I don't know the UK vendors so you can look one up. £!00GPB is about $149USD.

    There is something wrong elsewhere too or the RAM would run at 1.5V. I tried to find a ref for your board but only found them for laptops.

    If these reading are correct your cards are running way to hot.
