Multiple BSOD; while hibernating, random crashes when in use

Lately I've been having some issues with my laptop. While hibernating sometimes, I get a BSOD after 5-8 minutes during the blacked out hibernation screen indicating a river Power State Failure. Other times I get a random BSOD while I'm browsing online with at least 10+ tabs open and running Steam and UTorrent in the background, getting a IRQL not_less_or_equal BSOD. These have happened multiple times and I am not sure how to fix these issues.

    This is my model

Attached is also the zipped file from the SF Diagnostic Tool.

Download SPTD standalone installer from Disk-Tools.com, and execute the downloaded file as guided below :

    • Double click to open it.
    • Click this button only:
    • If it is grayed out, as in the picture, there is no more SPTD in your system, and you just close the window.

Thanks x BlueRobot for the welcome. I've updated my WiFi driver and also ran the STPD installer. I'm not too sure how to test whether or not this worked but hopefully this helped resolve this issue.

Thank you x BlueRobot and Tobias for replying quickly and helping me resolve this. I think I updated almost everything that you mentioned Tobias but I'm not too sure. I'll still work on them so that they can all be updated.

Is there any way to test this or should I just wait for the next time that I get another BSOD? Should I mark this as solved?

Leave this thread open for a few days at least, if you don't have any BSODs within this time then mark the thread as solved, if you do have any other BSODs, then please post them using the same method as before :)
