BSOD on manufacturing pc. DMP files available

Hi, the bending machine of our manufacturing company has stopped working. Upon start up, it creates a DMP file and restarts (and then does that over and over again). I don't know how to open and read DMP files for diagnostics so I'm going to send one in. The PC is an old PC that runs on windows 2000. It is a Contec IPC-BX/M630 PCI C3. No hardware was changed prior to the issue and the hard drive files have been completely recovered as the hard drive seems fine. I would simply like to know what the issue is and I think the answer is here. If any other information is needed, please let me know. The DMP file is attached. Thanks in advance.

    Hi Daykiss

The dumps does point to a Bugcheck 1E with a C00005 error ie; a memory access voilation error... so the first thing i would do is to check the memory... As far as i understand the Contec IP BX/M630 PCI C3 comes with a single 256MB SO-DIMM-PC133 as standard... and the system is only expandable up to 2 x 256MB....

so you would first need to open the cabinet and clean the interiors with an air blower or aircan and clean the RAM or RAM's

Secondly if after doing that you still get the BSOD loop... then try removing the RAM and putting in a new one ... i not sure if you can still get these RAM's now.... looks like these machines were made between 2002 to 2008

Let me know.. if you are able to get to Safe mode without BSOD ?

Thanks a lot for the quick reply. You've already been a huge help. I'll be going in tomorrow morning and checking out the machine again and I'll be able to check the safe mode option (can't believe I didn't think of that) and I'll let you know. I'll also be able to clean around the interior and make sure all RAM connections are good and I'll let you know if that fixes it. As far as replacing the ram, I'll contact the provider and see if they are still available. Thanks again for the help

    Hello Daykiss

In case you are able to get to safemode without BSOD...

Please go to event viewer directly by clicking Start, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Event Viewer. Then right click on the System and Application logs respectively and save it as .evtx file as shown below and zip it and upload here (though the one shown below is for windows 7... its should look similar)
