Windows 7: Games crash.

Games crash.

This post may have been posted a lot of times, first of all i am sorry for my BAD english, i am portuguese and i just don't speak it fluently.

Everytime i am playing a game like half life 2 or left 4 dead, any game, my computer crashes and when it logs appears a crash message saying:
