and after that those tons of retarts
i started getting green lines on my monitor witch is obviously my video card because i have tried 2 other monitors

the only thing i can do to run windows normally

go in to safe mod unistall display drivers and then boot it up notmally
as soon as i re install the dispay driver and try to retart normally i get the blue screen and restart again

so i can only run my computer in safe mode

i re installed the OS and formated i keep getting the restarts and the bluescreens

is anyone here with a similar problem or knows what to do

I would also take a serious look at a better power supply.
Every review I have look at call this a budget power supply of question.
