    BSOD Stop Errors 0x00000101 with New Rig


    Fresh install of Win 7 Pro, all Windows Updates, i7-3790x brand new custom rig OCed to 4.7 with latest BIOS, ran Driver Genius till no more updates found, ran 3+ hours of Prime95 blend (twice!) with no errors and stable temperatures on all cores, GPUs have latest drivers, ran MemTest no errors discovered, normal operation of PC brings no issues. SFC /scannow did produce messages about corrupt files that could not be repaired but that seems almost normal for everybody.
    Have had 0x00000101 errors three times in past 24 hours: once after I left the PC running for an extended time on screensaver and twice more playing a PC game.
    I went ahead and got full logs. Unfortunately in this reply window all the little icons are broken and I cannot see any way to attach the .zip file. The tutorial to upload files is useless bc as I said this window that I am typing in has every single one of the icons broken, including the one for attaching a file. Already refreshed browser and tried it in a different browser... still same problem. Cannot click on "attachments".

    First of all stop overclocking it can cause unpredictable problems with an operating system and can potentially damage your hardware. The particular BSOD you are receiving can be caused by:

    Code:
    Device driver, BIOS bug, hardware defect (see Significant Posts section below)
    so with that in mind reset any O.C. you may have, check the motherboard manufacturers website for BIOS updates, other than that I am shooting blind here without any information from the SF_diagnostic tool.
