Hello Sachi.

Get rid of intel rapid storage. First uninstall it from Control Panel > Programs and Features. Then Uninstall the driver from device manager.

1. Right click on "my computer" icon and click "manage" on the context menu.
2. It will open the "computer management" window.
3. Select "Device Manager" in the left pane, It will list all the existing devices up.
4. Expand "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
5. Select one Intel device item under it, right click, uninstall.
6. Continue the process for all Intel items under "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers"
7. Now restart the computer. At restart, windows will auto configure the appropriate native system driver.

Update the Intel HD Graphics Driver, either from our forum link, Latest Intel HD Graphics Driver for Windows 7, or You may get it from Intel Download Center.
Moreover, you may run the Intel (R) Driver Update Utility to auto detect the appropriate driver for your computer.

And, Disable USB Selective Suspensd too.

Some more info may be needed, so upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.

1. Click on the start button
2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

iaStor.sys is Intel RST driver. So it is possible that it is present there. To make it sure ... do the following.

• When on IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers, double click on it.
• In the resulting window, click on "Drivers" tab.
• Next, click the "Driver Details" button.
• Take a screenshot like this, and upload it ...

Please find the attached screenshot..The driver details says rapid storage is there..Pls tell the way i can remove this intel rapid storage as its not listed in add or remove programs.Please confirm should I check the option "delete the driver software for this device " while uninstalling IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers?Awaiting ur response.

And about The Renesas Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver,I see too many drivers there.Please can u be more specific ..which one I've to select and install?

USB selective suspend is disabled now and I'm updating intel wifi and display drivers now.

The screenshot says that Intel RST is still installed there, which is failing. Follow the uninstallation procedure once again, see it exists there or not, in the same place as the screenshot.

For the Renesas driver, first try to one on the top of the list. If it fails to be installed, we will try another one.

So all them are the same elements pointed out earlier. If you have taken the aforesaid steps, it is expected that the BSOD will stop.

BTW, the screenshot is not perfect. If possible, supply a screenshot after clicking the driver details button, as explained earlier.
