According to their web-page I have a 3 year warranty for it. (http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M4N...pport_Warranty) However I have been fiddling with it myself, both removing and placing for instance the GPU. So I'm not certain the warranty is valid. I'll check with the shop where I bought it in the first place aswell.

I would use the warranty if you can.

Yeah I've mailed the shop where I bought it. Haven't got an answer yet though, but the warranty runs out in the end of September this year so it should be alright.

Got an answer today. I've made an error report to them and they will look at the motherboard themselves and see if there is something wrong. If it is, then I'll get a new one.

Forgot to mention: when I diassembled my computer to get the motherboard out for them, I had to remove the CPU as well. When I did, I accidentally snapped one of the pins off. So it's now broken and I have to buy a new one. What do You think of this: AMD FX 8-Core Black Edition FX-8320 (FD8320FRHKBOX) Details
I wont buy it until they're done with the motherboard. But I suppose that if it was anything wrong with it, I'll probably get more or less the same motherboars to replace the old, meaning the sockets will be the same.

You'll see abig improvement over the Athlon II, I believe. Just make sure that CPU is on the QVL List for your Motherboard. Also, make sure the fix the broken pin in the socket. They usually charge pretty good for that, but without that pin it will never run right, if it will run at all. But, yes, that should give you a good performance boost.

Luckily the pin fell out of the socket, so it's not stuck in there. Also, I put everything back when i noticed the broken pin to see if the computer would start. Which it didn't. Where do I find a QVL List? On the motherboards web-page?
