BSOD mostly occuring when playing Borderlands 2 or League of Legends

Hey so I have been getting the blue screen error for a while now and its really starting to piss me off. It's a custom built PC i build about a month ago now and I feel like I have tried everything and I just want it to work properly. The error occurs mostly while playing games but it has also happened while just doing regular stuff I think.

The error type is BSOD Error code: 0x000000D1, driver_irql_not_less_or_equal

The error appears somewhere between twice a week or once every two weeks so its not very consistent.
If anyone could help me fix it I would be forever in your debt. Thanks

Note: I have a picture of the blue screen but I dont know how to upload it

    How to Upload a File
Click on the Go Advanced button under the Message box . Scroll down to Additional Options then click on Manage Attachments in the Attach Files sections . Click the Browse button locate the file then click on the Open button . In the Upload File from your Computer section click on the Upload button . Wait until it finishes uploading then close the window . Then click Submit Reply .

Also run the SF Diagtool to grab the dmp files and the other files

Okay so I was also having problems with the computer not being able to come out of hibernation last week so i had to delete the hibernation mode. But I was having blue screen problems before then. I also ran memtest on both stick of RAM one at a time for around 6 passes each and they both turned out fine. Sorry I dont know what you mean when you say SF Diagtool and dmp files

Side Note: Google Chrome is acting up a lot lately, not sure if that has to do with anything.

Diskpart is only needed if you don't know your USB Flash drive letter . To find the letter type in

Diskpart press [ENTER] next type in

List volume press [enter] look for something that says removable once you locate your drive letter type in exit to exit dispart .

If you could login to windows . Just copy the FRST64.exe from the USB flash drive to your desktop and open it from there .

    Right click on FRST64.exe select

Click on the Yes button on the Disclaimer window

Then on the actual Farbar Recovery Scan Tool click on [SCAN] once the scan is done it will create 2 logs FRST.txt and Addition.txt upload those two logs with your reply .
