BSOD at random intervals, during different operations.

I've been having BSOD problems for the past four days. This is a new install with a new board and processor. I've tried running memtest86 on all my ram chips individually, as well as in every slot and no errors occurred. I've updated all my drivers. I tried replacing the Killer Network driver with the Atheros driver. I updated my bios. I ran Windows Repair off of the disc. None of these have helped anything.

    Specs:
    i7-4470k
    16gb DDR3 1600 16gb RAM (4x4)
    Dual 1tb HDD
    Sapphire 7870
    Windows 7 Home 64bit
    MSI Z87-G45

I'm at a complete loss as to what to do. Any help is appreciated.

    Welcome to the Forum.

If you are overclocking any hardware, please stop.

Remove MSI software with Revo Uninstaller.

Uninstall your current antivirus it seems to contribute to your BSOD's. Replace with Microsoft Security Essentials & the Free version of Malwarebytes, update and make full scans separately:
    • Do not start the trial version of MalwareBytes

Alright, I went through all the steps. All the stress tests worked fine, no errors or overheating. Updating the Logitech driver however caused my screen to distort and freeze after login, so I uninstalled it in safe mode and for now have a gaming keyboard that I can't use any of the features. All that's left is to let the system run a few days and hope I don't have another bsod. Fingers crossed.

I had another crash, though this time I didn't get a blue screen. The system froze and both my monitors distorted. When I checked the event log, the only error around that time was an unexpected shut down message, but no clue as to the cause. I re-ran the SF Diagnostic and I'll re-upload it. I have absolutely no clue what caused it.

Edit: Also my games are running really bad now. Previously, when I ran Tomb Raider's benchmark I'd get 45fps, when I just ran it now I got 23fps.

Have you tired uninstalling the Logitech drivers and using a standard keyboard?
How about using Driver sweeper, link in my sig and reinstalling the graphics driver, without CCC if you can live without it.

Are both ends of video cables and connectors tight and seated fully?

Sounds and looks like a hardware problem.

I already uninstalled the Logitech drivers, and it's now acting a standard usb keyboard (I don't have a different one to test with). I'll give driver sweeper a try. I've been monitoring my CPU and GPU usage and temps, and they've been well within normal standards. At this point I'm highly considering returning the mobo and cpu and going back to AMD.
