Recently purchased a used Alienware laptop and I have been plagued by BSODs. Either its "Memory Management" error or "IRQL less or not equal" or something else. Happens during browsing internet (recently changed from google chrome to firefox but still bsod) Does not happen when I'm playing games. Lemme know what more information you want me to post.

Since this is a new laptop and should be under warranty, I would take it back to the place it was purchased and have them fix it before doing any self tests.

Well the place from I bought is.. lets just say they are not exactly professionals and I doubt they will be able to troubleshoot the exact problem. They will either reinstall a fresh windows or just change the ram without even giving a second thought to what the problem might be.
