Unusual Repeatedly Windows Explorer Has Stopped Working

Hello and good afternoon to all,

For the last 2 weeks I have this annoying "Windows Explorer Has Stopped Working..." everytime or worst every 5-15minutes or I copy files or open windows etc.

I have done ALL the suggestions on the forums/threads.
I have scanned my pc (MSE, Superantispyware, Malwarebytes) and negative for viruses etc.
The last one I did was on Capt.JackSparrows troubleshooting so I attached the very recent Windows Explorer Has Stopped Working Log about a few seconds ago.

Please if anyone has any fresh idea or related issued please comment or advise.

My last resort is to have my system image but i hate to do that coz i have to reinstall alot again but i am hopeful a solution still to come up.

    THANKS YOU VERY MUCH.

    systeminfo:
Please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type (or copy/paste) "systeminfo.exe >%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.txt" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Then navigate to Desktop to retrieve the syteminfo.txt file. If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back. Then zip up the .txt file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

    MSINFO32:
Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Also, save a copy as a .txt file and include it also (it's much more difficult to read, but we have greater success in getting the info from it).

so far until last night i hope i would not see nor experience anymore this unwanted windows explorer issue.

    >since last night after i disabled the shell extension of malwarebytes antimalware, the error report on windows explorer did not appear anymore.

i hope this would be a solved case if this whole day be a normal pc operation.

JUST WANTED TO ADD TO WHAT I DISCOVERED AND HELPED ME SOLVED THE "WINDOWS EXPLORER HAS STOPPED WORKING"
    > By LUCK, i found this INSTALLED on my windows system32 folder: Microsoft XPS Rich Preview Handler (located C:\Windows\System32\xpsrchvw.exe -IPreview) of type preview handler.
    >> So now i experiment on disabling/enabling this malwarebytes shell extension and microsoft preview handler. I DISCOVERED AND LEARNED THAT THIS TWO CULPRITS ARE THE MAIN REASON FOR MY "windows explorer pop-up problem."
    >>> Since yesterday after DISABLING THE TWO, i have no more "windows explorer has stopped" problem.
    >>>> HOPING THIS SOLUTION WOULD HELP OTHERS EXPERIENCING THE SAME WINDOWS EXPLORER ISSUE.
    >>>>> THANKS AGAIN TO CAPT.JACKSPARROW AND WHOEVER CREATED THE "shellexview program."
