    I already tested the ram. The antivirus showed no problems.
    So I guess I can only go for a reinstall. I don't have enough time today and I need the computer for next week. So I guess it needs to wait til next Saturday.

    Regards.

    Back Again

    I send the laptop for service. They changed the CPU but it is still failing. I tried to update the camera driver but every time I tried I get a BSOD. Maybe that helps to find the problem.
    I'm attaching the latest file.

    Thanks,
    Yopes

    This time the BSOD is caused by Realtek UVC webcam Driver
    Code:

    Search for any available update from your notebook manufacturer's website.

    Saying it a notebook, despite of the information as a desktop in the specs, coz:
    Code:
    Machine ID Information [From Smbios 2.7, DMIVersion 39, Size=2076]
    BiosMajorRelease = 4
    BiosMinorRelease = 6
    BiosVendor = American Megatrends Inc.
    BiosVersion = 4.6.5
    BiosReleaseDate = 04/09/2013
    SystemManufacturer = Notebook
    SystemProductName = P15SM
    SystemFamily = Not Applicable
    SystemVersion = Not Applicable
    SystemSKU = Not Applicable
    BaseBoardManufacturer = Notebook
    BaseBoardProduct = P15SM
    BaseBoardVersion = Not Applicable
    If no updates are available, disable the device when you dont use it.

    Hello Arc,
    Can you tell me why I'm having the last dumps?
