I'll run prime95 first and let you know the results, thanks guys.

The only thing I can think of that might be the cause is I have a lamp right next to the PC tower and I had cushions in front of the pc tower to prevent my kitten getting behind my computer, So I was thinking with little ventilation could it be an overheating CPU?

It's a possibility, post a screenshot of your temperature with Speccy or CoreTemp, after a few hours of normal usage.

Ok, I'll give it a try, I'm just surprised to see a hardware failure, my computer isn't even a year old.
