I don't know what crap you've put on your PC's but no one has ever complained they can't open a tutorial here before.

Here's the Word version. Good luck. I'd reinstall both PC's and then make sure you stick only the the tools and methods given.

It's the link to the installer he's having trouble opening.

I am too for some reason on IE10, maybe a direct link is needed for the time being.

but why would i need to download a win7 installer iso when i have the retail dvd for 32bit and 64bit? that is what the link doesnt work for.

anyway thx for help. i'd give pluss or rep to this i just dont know how. im gonna boot up using the win7 retail dvd 64 bit and format and reinstall and i'll get back to this when im up again.

Most people don't have a disc, you'll be fine if you have your retail disc.

Sure, use your DVD if its the latest official installer you can't access. The downloads are working here.

Remember to delete all partitions during booted Custom Install, create new as you wish or just click Next if you have no partition scheme in mind.

Put your network LAN driver in backup so you can get online quickly to do all rounds of Important and Optional Windows Updates, after enabling Device Installation Settings. When prompted for reboots once it restarts go back to Check for Updates until there are no more. Only then should you import any missing Drivers in Device Manager.

bad hdd drive header. dont trust seagate barracuda hard disk drives. unplugged it and no bsods for over 2 weeks.
