BSOD Page Fault In Non-Paged Area after installing Cisco VPN Client
Hi I am experiencing BSOD and when the computer boots it indicates that there is a page fault in a non paged area. This problem occurred after I installed the Cisco VPN Client and connected to the Stanford University network then ran the Esri ArcGIS installer. I had installed a previous version of ArcGIS but uninstalled it before running the installer. After the problem occurred, I removed the VPN client (although I still have a Cisco AnyConnect VPN client which I've had for years and not had an issue with) as a University College London IT bulletin came up when I googled the issue and cited the Cisco VPN client as known for causing BSOD. However, when I do not run in Safe mode, and even once in Safe Mode, I still get BSO intermittently. I scanned the computer for viruses using Windows Safety Scanner and did quick rootkit scans with AVG. None of the hardware in device manager when I boot up normally shows an error so I'm not sure what the issue is. I attempted to roll back using a system repair disc I burnt on DVD but for some reason Windows does not detect a system image when I try to. I tried that with two different DVDs. Please help!
