BSOD error 0x8000000000000002 - I think uTorrent?

Hi everyone, I've been getting a BSOD I believe every time I have uTorrent up, although i am not sure because I was looking at the event log and I saw that I got the same error previously when uTorrent was not up, I am running Windows 7 64 Bit home prem, any help would be appreciated, thank you, I have attached log files. Also after the BSOD i can not turn on my real time protection in Microsoft Security Essentials

It looks Like your BSOD is being caused by old networking drivers:

Code:
fffff880`033cadf8 fffff880`06188190Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\Rt64win7.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for Rt64win7.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for Rt64win7.sys
 Rt64win7+0x18190
Looking at the driver we can see it is very out of date:

Code:
start end module name
fffff880`06170000 fffff880`061c3000 Rt64win7 T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: Rt64win7.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\Rt64win7.sys
    Image name: Rt64win7.sys
    Timestamp: Sun May 30 23:46:43 2010 (4C033123)
    CheckSum: 0005D73E
    ImageSize: 00053000
    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Please update the driver from here: Realtek

It looks like this leatest BSOD was caused by McAfee:

Code:
fffff880`033b6098 fffff880`0139095cUnable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\mfehidk.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for mfehidk.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for mfehidk.sys
 mfehidk+0x5c95c
Driver Reference Table - mfehidk.sys

Please remove McAfee using the McAfee Removal Tool, then replace it with a combination of Microsoft Security Essentials and MalwareBytes anti-malware. Tip: when installing MalwareBytes be sure to uncheck the box offering to start a free trial at the end of the installation.

No, in that case just get rid of the McAfee that is installed.
