I have Samsung recovery partition to reset to factory oem, can I use this?

Factory recovery only restores factory preinstalled Win7 which is the worst possible install you can have of Win7. You'll never even experience native Win7 performance on the PC unless you do what most tech enthusiasts do and Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. Everything you need is in the blue link.

Be sure to make your Recovery media or a Win7 backup image of the full HD first in case you need to return the PC to Samsung.

Most PC's come with a year's manufacturer's tech support so if getting a perfect reinstall doesn't help then you should run the Recovery disks and return it for RMA replacement until you get a good model that has the problems shaken out - well in time for the one year expiration of warranty.

    Hi gregrocker
I see that now itried the windows backup but it did not show the recovery partition, i downloaded the windows iso ready for the install in my laptop. I still think its software related ,i ran prime 95 for four hours with no problems.
I think i have a efi board so thats a bit iffy for me, was thinking of putting a new drive in instead and installing on that ang keeping the original safe, will try tomm, never had any of this with any of my desktops, dont think i will bother with laptops after this.
Thanks for all the help so far.

    Hi Everyone
Well I tried a new hdd with clean install and it blue screened during install, that was enough for me, I returned the laptop to Tesco and bought a new desktop system. I'm disappointed as I wanted the flexibility it offered but it wasnt worth the hassle, a big thank you to everyone that helped me try and sort it out. :)
