    Ummm

Microsoft Security Essentials & the Free version of Malwarebytes, update and make full scans separately:
    • Do not start the trial version of MalwareBytes

I'll mark this thread as solved for now as i got my windows up and running now. The GPU is causing some problems but i'll try to fix it myself.

I suspected that it was either a malware corruption or its highly possible that the GPU problem as my model, Asus G73JH has a notorious GPU vBIOS issue that doesnt deal with well newer drivers. I just didnt expect that 13.4 to be causing that much problem.

I had updated my vBIOS and BIOS to the latest one and see how it goes from now. Now I had also disabled the ATi drivers for HDMI output and some fancy video decoding feature while only updated the driver and Catalyst Control Centre.

Thank you for your help, Vista King and koolkat77. +rep for both of you guys. :)
