BSOD at random times Error 0x03b in a new PC

hey all i got a new PC and i started getting bsod with no reason to be seen

specs:

i'm running a windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

motherboard : MSI - z87M-G43
CPU - I7 4470K 3.5Ghz
RAM - 4x4G g.skill 1600Mhz (sniper)
video card - asus nVedia GeForce 660GTX
power supply - GS 800W
SSD - G.Skill 120G
HDD - 2T W.D. green

Your installation is counterfeit, you appear to have a ASUS OEM_SLP key on a retail MSI motherboard, please format and install with a genuine key.

you wan to to say that i got a countrified windows that do's that?
ill go to back to the store that i both the computerate and ill find out why the hell they sold me a fake windows along with not giving me the windows sticker with CD-KEY (yea one time use)
