Oh, nevermind, I'm dumb. All right, I'll start doing these changes.

While attempting those changes it BSOD'd twice more and then I started getting "failure to start Windows" errors. I had to cold boot twice before it worked.

EDIT: Successfully changed the start up programs and restarted, gonna download the SeaTools now.

I can't download the SeaTools, the page keeps freezing on both Firefox and IE... Everything else is running fine.

Do you have access to any other computer? If so download it there. Also download Windows Defender Offline. Scan the system for possible virus infection with it.

Hykon, There is nothing we did in installing the Nvidia drivers that should cause you issues. Whe didn't install the Nvidia update which just notifies you of driver updates (and does not work anyway), we did not install the HDMI driver which is not needed and is used by no one I know. There have also brrm reports that the Nvidia HDMI driver can cause conflicts with Realtek. We did not install the 3D driver which is normally only used by people who are running multiple monitors. End result, we didn't uninstall anything you use, but we did install the display driver and the Phys X driver which you do need.

If you don't mind, go into bios an look under the Hardware monitor and give me the voltages for the +12V, +5V, and +3.3V.

Under System > System Status in the BIOS:
    +3.3V: 3.324V
    +5V: 5.040V
    +12V: 12.096V

Will work on getting those other things downloaded that you listed Arc.
