BSOD while using utorrent(disk write) SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HAND

Hi all!
I will really appreciate if some answer help me a lot.
I had to change Motherboard(from some MSI (cant remember now) and cpu Q6600)
ofc i did reinstall system after upgrade.
now ive buy few weeks ago:
Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. Z87X-UD5H-CF
and i7 4770k
also i was added ram:
new
Kingston KHX1600C9D3/4G x2
and old
Kingmax Semiconductor x2 (2gb)
FLGE85F-C8KJ9A
all last 6 bsod appears when i start dl some from utorrent
dl beigns then aafter some time i reach bsod state

what's test i already did:
memtest about 28 hours; - nofault
chkdsk all hdd except SSD; - nofault
cpu load test with linx at 18 hours; - nofault
network iperf test around 4 hours + LOIC UDP test (with disabled firewall and iperf watching 5021 port) - nofault
i'm beign avoiding use utorrent last few weeks; could please some help me?
