    0x124 = Machine Check Exception

    It's a hardware error report being passed along by Windows. Make sure the box is not over-clocked or under-cooled. Run memory diagnostics. Remove any new hardware as a test, in particular if it was added just prior to the onset of crashes.

    This is a cut'n'paste from the debugger's automated analysis of your minidump (unclouded by potential personal bias):

    WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124)
    A fatal hardware error has occurred. Parameter 1 identifies the type of error source that reported the error. Parameter 2 holds the address of the
    WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure that describes the error conditon.
    As a suggestion, try updating your BIOS, updating all drivers, and have a go at running memory diagnostics.

    Beyond that, it's time to start ripping out non-essential hardware in the hope that a culprit will be identified through a sudden lack of ongoing BSODs.

    The first thing you should is to start your own thread. You will get so much more help in a current thread than one that 8 months old.

    Also with BSOD's we need the actual dmp file created when you computer crashed. Please use these instructions to find and upload them to use.

    thanks

    rt86win7.sys is blamed, and it's your RealTek networking driver.
    It's most likely the driver that's at fault, but it could also be an issue with the card itself.

    I would first try downloading the most current Windows 7 driver from the Realtek website: Realtek
    Then uninstall the currently installed network drivers,
    Then install the one you downloaded
    Code:
    BugCheck A, {13, 2, 1, 8404d0ac}

    Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\Rt86win7.sys, Win32 error 0n2
    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for Rt86win7.sys
    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for Rt86win7.sys
    Probably caused by : Rt86win7.sys ( Rt86win7+c209 )

    Followup: MachineOwner
    ---------
    Update these out of date drivers:
    Code:
    AGRSM    AGRSM.sys    Mon Nov 10 21:56:37 2008 (49184BA5)
    ATKACPI  ATKACPI.sys  Thu Dec 14 14:11:57 2006 (4580F93D)
    Let us know if you need help
