We had high winds and a lot of trees have fallen on the power lines so every time that happend the main power station system switched or tryed to on another power line. This happend few day ago (didn't have that problem before) All residents were without electricity. After that BIOS reported overclocking failure (pc was not overclocked) so I loaded default setting.
Will update BIOS to 1104 after Prime95 does some more hours!
Could the problem be cpu voltage, nb voltage ? because the system is running fine under stress (load).
CPU voltage is 1.192v (reported by cpu-z) at 100% load (prime95).
Updated BIOS to 1104 will report back if anything changes!
Voltages in BIOS are ok 3,3v,5v and 12v all a bit over.
CPU voltage now (idle) 1,24v at load 1,19v.
Bonus: when I was putting the rom file for BIOS update onto my flash drive while using the prime95, the usb was detected fast. But when the prime wasn't running USB drive was not detected on the first try! (didn't even get power)
Update: Prime95 stable 12h+ with 0 errors on all 4 cores. Looks like it only happens on idle, when the CPU has not much to do :)
Did you complete all the Prime95 tests?
Could you please post the exact values for the 3.3V, 5V and 12V? Please post the VCore and Vid voltage too if available.

The CPU voltage is 1.24V idle, and then 1.19V at load? Shouldn't the voltage increase under load and not decrease?
BIOS updated still the same BSOD in idle. Will report voltages in 8h, currently out of time :)
What are vcore and vid voltages ?
And prime95 stable. Can confirm it only happens when on idle, the cpu isnt under load.

Voltages: All voltages are under load (CPU load)
12v+ rail @ 11.82v
5v+ rail @ 4.99v
3.3v+ rail @ 3.34v
Vcore @ 1.2v
DRAM @ 1.72v
Running stable under load as already mentioned befor.
Going to visualy inspect my motherboard. Will also try another PSU to rule that out!
EDIT: Couldn't find anything suspicious on the motherboard all capacitors look OK.
EDIT2: Currently running on another PSU (Corsair CX430) to test. Will report back if it goes well!

The 12V rail looks a little low in my opinion, let me about the results of the PSU change :)
It's at 12.2V (used a multimeter) on load or idle (doesn't get under 12.2v)
If it's not the PSU, my friend will test my CPU in his spare system for a few days. If it comes back with 0 BSODs and a passed prime95 test I am going to replace my motherboard.
