    Drivers:

You need to update the drivers below. If updating does not help, remove them and/or their related software.

    ASACPI.sys Mon Mar 28 08:30:36 2005
Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility (a known BSOD maker in Win7 and Win8). Also a part of many Asus utilities (Win8 versions available from Windows Update as an Optional Update - but check Asus first!)
    Driver Reference Table - ASACPI.sys

    Lycosa.sys Fri Jan 18 14:51:42 2008
Razer Lycosa/Razer Tarantula Keyboard Driver. Older versions have BSOD issues with Win7
    Driver Reference Table - Lycosa.sys
If updating your keyboards drivers does not help, try another keyboard.

    nusb3hub.sys Fri Jan 22 09:22:18 2010
NEC Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver (previous BSOD issues with 2010 and earlier versions)
    Driver Reference Table - nusb3hub.sys

    nusb3xhc.sys Fri Jan 22 09:22:21 2010
NEC Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver (previous BSOD issues with 2010 and earlier versions)
    Driver Reference Table - nusb3xhc.sys

TuneUpUtilitiesDriver64.sys Fri May 25 16:28:19 2012, recommend against the use of any tune up software. Please remove the above with Revo uninstaller free.

       Note
Download and install Revo Uninstaller free from here:
Opt for "Advanced Mode" and uninstall the software (also delete the leftover registry entries).

    ------------------------------------

Use the System File Checker tool and Run Disk Check:

    Make scans with -

    Reduce items at start up:
Your Antivirus software is basically whats just needed there.

Monitor hardware temperature with system monitoring software like Speccy or HWMonitor:

I would suggest you to complete the recommendations of post #4

Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility (ASACPI.sys)is an Asus bloatware, and a must to remove.

I'd recommend you to Clean Up Factory Bloatware, with a special reference to Point #13
    13. Consider a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 which is often better than getting a new computer considering how pre-installed bloatware can corrupt Windows 7 even if it's completely cleaned up.
