ati3duag.dll points to your graphics card driver. I strongly recommend that you upgrade to CC13.4
    AMD Catalyst

Why are you even using Windows XP in the first place? Running an obsolete 10 year old OS isn't a good idea, especially on newer hardware. You're basically not utilizing your graphics card to its full potent while using XP. Upgrade to Windows 7.

Post your .dmp files for a detailed analysis.

Your dump still point to the XPDM AMD display driver. As I said earlier, you should upgrade to Windows 7. Relying on an such outdated OS isn't recommended especially for gaming. The graphics driver model was revamped with Vista onward (WDDM), Windows 7 ships with WDDM1.1 and the AMD drivers are also more much more stable their dated XPDM counterparts.

Run a scan of Malwarebytes. iaStor.sys was also involved, this is typically triggered by Malware infection.
