BSOD on network usage (I'm guessing)

    Hello,

Recently, I have been getting BSODs quite often, around once a day.

This started around a week and a half ago. I'm not sure of the cause, however I have attempted a system restore and rolled back my video drivers. (<-- both didn't help)

This has happened when I was only using LAN. I haven't updated my LAN drivers since I bought this machine a year ago, so I don't think that is the cause.

I did, however, updated my wireless drivers but since they were not in use (driver was enabled, however lenovo UI turned it 'off'), I ruled them out.

As per my title, I am guessing it is due to network usage because my most recent BSOD was when I clicked the Google Chrome icon. The second last time was when I was reading my mail on Outlook 2010, and I clicked a mail item.

The other time, I was playing Left 4 Dead 2. The other times, I forgot..

Another reason for guessing network usage is because the driver that was pointed to was tcpip.sys ... I've tried reading the dmp and xml files and couldn't get any other drivers out of it ..

I'm thinking of doing a factory image for my computer, but that would be the last resort.

Attached is the file that is required for this thread, and I would appreciate any help.

    Thanks!

Use the System File Checker tool and Run Disk Check:

    Reduce items at start up:
Your Antivirus software is basically whats just needed there.

    Please update the driver below:

    Hello,

First of all, thanks for your help and sorry I didn't respond. I was trying out these steps before responding.

I have tried your suggestions (Except clean startup) + performed memtest86+ with no errors.

    Also, I have bad news:

The samsung printer driver was a driver that I recently updated. Since I'm not using the printer until later in the year again, I decided to just uninstall it.

The BSOD seemed to have disappeared, so I thought it must've been the printer driver. However just a few minutes ago it happened again... Therefore, I am using the SF diagnostic tool on the latest crash minidump and hopefully someone can help me with this...

Btw, the computer was on idle mode when it happened. like chrome was running, outlook was running, skype was running, and I was away from the computer.

The file is uploaded with this post.

    Thanks

PS. for clean startup, it tells me to start the affected program after disabling all services.. however I'm not really sure what the affected program is

Do you really need this software?
If not, please uninstall it with revo:

    Hello,

I use it to see how much of my monthly quota I'm using from my ISP.

However I do see that my install date is 8/4... maybe that's it...

Also, people on their forum are reporting BSODs..

How did you come to this conclusion? (curious)

For now, I shall have it removed w/ revo and see how things are going. I think you're right in pointing this software out though, everyone's having tcpip.sys BSODs with Networx's latest version.

    I really appreciate your help!

    Thanks

PS: I will be uninstalling it with windows.. it seems that Revo can't find networx uninstaller...
