Code:
BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff8000367bf9a, fffff8800c5f2e20, 0}

Probably caused by : hardware ( nt!ExpReleaseResourceForThreadLite+2a )
Code:
Usual causes: System service, Device driver, graphics driver, memory
There may be a problem with the graphics card itself, or maybe the PCI/PCIe slot which it was using. I would suggest placing the card back in, and then running Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark for a few hours. Do not let the temperature exceed 80*C.

Remove:

Code:
Start Menu\Programs\DAEMON Tools Lite

Daemon Tools uses a driver called sptd.sys, which is known to cause BSODs with Windows 7. It is recommend you remove this program, and use Windows own in-built features or ImgBurn.

Reduce the number of programs at startup, to avoid any driver or program conflicts:

hi xbluebot

uninstalled daemon tools
been running burning test for last hour, so far so good resolution 2560x1440 msaa at 8x

it there more of a chance that its the card faulty and not the motherboard?

I think it may be more of the card than the motherboard, if no crashes occurred when removing the graphics card. Try a different slot though too.

Ask for a replacement or refund, and explain what is wrong with it.

GTX460 1GB to GTX670 2GB?
I can get a second handed Gigabyte 670 2GB for fairly cheap. Is it a decent upgrade? I know it's a bit foolish to ask.. But.. Any chance the GTX670 wouldn't be enough for GTA V? My PSU is FSP 700W 80GHN. It shouldn't be a problem, right? Thanks.
