BSOD while plugging USB stick

Your system specs say that you have Windows 7 Professional x32, but your MSINFO tells us that you are running Windows 7 Ultimate x32. Please update your system specs to stop confusion.

There seem to be no dump files in your .zip. Please follow this to upload them;

1. Navigate to C:\WINDOWS\Minidump (Replace C: with the letter of the drive where you installed Windows on).
2. Select all the files there by clicking on the first file, holding down the SHIFT key, and clicking on the last file.
3. Copy all files by hitting Ctrl+C.
4. Create a folder on your desktop called "Dumpfiles" and paste all .dmp files in that folder.
5. Right click on the folder and click on Send to. Then click on Compressed (zipped) folder.
   This will create a .zip called Dumpfiles.zip on your desktop.
6. Please upload the .zip file by following this tutorial.
   
   • If your Windows is not set to create dump files upon a BSOD, please follow this tutorial to configure it.
   • If no dump files are found in that folder, please report back.

Please reduce the items that run at start up. You basically only need your anti virus to run at start up, all other programs are not necessary and can be removed from the start up list.
Check this tutorial to see how to add or remove start up items.

What Anti Virus software are you currently using and have you recently done a full system scans with it?

Please use the SFC /SCANNOW command as displayed in option two of this tutorial.

1. Click on the .
2. Open an elevated command prompt.
3. Type "SFC /SCANNOW" without the quotations.
4. Let SFC do it's thing, and then prompted to, restart.
   
   If SFC found and repaired anything, please do the following:
5. When restarted, open an elevated command prompt.
6. Type (or copy) the following, this will create a .txt file on your desktop;
   findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log >"%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt"
7. In your next reply, please attach this file using the method displayed in this tutorial.

To better help us to help you would you please add your systems specs? Here's the correct way to do it. :SystemInfo See Your System Specs Under System Manufacturer/Model Number add whether it is a desktop or laptop and whether self built. Very important

Log in to Seven Forums and you will be able to transfer the info directly to the specs page in your profile from within the System Info app.

You may simply have a bad USB port, you provide few details. Does the BSOD happen in all USB ports and any stick plugged in?

Please fill in your system specs as Britton has suggested and follow my other suggestions before continuing.

Please upload your MEMORYDUMP;

1. Navigate to C:\WINDOWS\ (Replace C: with the letter of the drive where you installed Windows on).
2. At the bottom of the page there will be a .dmp file called MEMORYDUMP.
3. Select the file by clicking on it.
4. Copy the file by hitting Ctrl+C.
5. Create a folder on your desktop called "Memorydump" and paste the .dmp file in that folder.
6. Right click on the folder and click on Send to. Then click on Compressed (zipped) folder.
7. Please download DropBox by following the on-site instructions.
8. Now upload the Memorydump.zip to the Public folder in DropBox.
9. After that please right click on the file and select Copy Public Link.
10. Paste the link here so that we download the file and have a look at it.

As Nommy said, there are no dump files in your zip file. Confirm your system is configure to create them form the posting instructions. If need make another BSOD with your USB stick.

You are missing some USB drivers. Check the Lenovo site for your model to find them.
