BSOD Upon computer login and random freezes.

I'm having these random freezes and I cant figure out what causes them. So I don't really have much info.
It happens about 3-4 hours after i restart the computer, sometimes faster.

The BSOD also happens randomly(not every time) when i try to login after restarting the computer.

I've included info from the Diagnostics tool as instructed.

Thanks in advance for any help and answers!
