PC locks up randomly so far when idle, error 0x0000003b

My PC started randomly locking up on me. It has not done it while I am working on it (good excuse to stay on it!!), it always locks up while I am away and the system is idle. It happens whether I have apps open or not. I don't get a BSOD, the PC is just locked up. I can reboot and everything seems to work again until I leave it alone.

I thought it might be overheating so I went ahead and cleaned out the case and all the fans. The fans run much quieter now that there is decent airflow, but the lock ups still happen. According to the dump files, the cause seems to be ks.sys but I have not found anything that leads to a solution.

No idea what to do from here. Attached is the SF Diag Tool output. Ideas?

First, we want to make sure the computer is saving your dump files. Go to Control Panel -> System -> Advanced System Settings -> Startup and Recovery [Settings] Make sure that "Write Debugging Information" is set to Small Memory Dump (256kb) if it is not already.
Next, make sure that the folder C:\Windows\Minidump exists. If not, create it (allow permission if asked). Make sure any dumps you want to analyze, whether yours or others', are in this folder. You can ZIP/RAR the files and send them to someone else to analyze as well.

    Reduce items at start up:
Your Antivirus software is basically whats just needed there.
