BSOD when playing any game, error 0x0000003B

Hi there,
I am a first time poster...also not the most technical type
Iīm getting this error for several days now. It occures mostly when i play games for about 10-30 minutes and sometimes when just browsing web.
Well it seems to be happening more and more, for the past three hours I got BSOD 5 times

Your installation is counterfeit, you appear to have a OEM_SLP key on a retail motherboard, please format and install with a genuine key.

I donīt know what that means. Could you explain?
I havenīt changed anything in settings. The computer was a gift so i donīt know what has been done with it before

A OEM_SLP keys can only be installed by the original manufacturer, for example let's say HP or Acer. OEM_SLP keys on a retail motherboard, only work due to modifications to the operating system to bypass activation requirements.

Sorry iīm dumb. So it means its fake right?
Well warranty has probably run out by now there is nothing i can do I guess.
Anyway can you atleast tell what to do please? Never got a problem like this before.
