PC freezes for ~20sec & restarts, noticed while browsing firefox

    Well.. did it, no big change in temps.
    And now I have a new problem with PC startup.. it turns on, no beep, no display, nothing. I tried to reseat the GPU and the RAM - sometimes it helps, other times it won't. for example, I can turn off the PC right now and it won't turn on back again.
    This is some weird sh$%#...

    Any ideas will be appreciated

    OK, I had several days without mishap..
    Now it's on again! This time it happened while browsing photos on Facebook using Chrome.
    This is the WhoCrashed report:
