    above is the error report.
    Once i login to my user, desktop is black and it crash. i tried to end the explorer.exe and create and new task, the problem persist. I tried iexplore.exe and it crash too. Besides, i tried startup repair. It said i have some hardware such as webcam / player that plugged and unable to complete the startup repair.

    If anyone have any idea with this please give me a reply. Thanks.

    sorry for that. I saw people posting crash here too. that's why I posted here.is there anyone can tell me the right section to post in?. for safe mode, no crash report prompt but still the explorer.exe is not able to run.
