couldn't seem to get a 01E bsod to stop....

hello, I've been having trouble with this 01E BSoD. I first tried doing a chkdsk, and that didn't stop it, and then I did a factory reset (to the fresh out of box state. I still can't seem to fix this BSoD. May you guru's assist me in getting my precious laptop into shape?

The computer is a Toshiba Satellite A505-S6980 with a penryn processor and an Intel family chipset integrated into it.
