What the... I was wondering why there hasn't been a response. I replied like 2 days ago! Why wasn't my reply posted.....

Anywho, I ran the driver verifier and got a BSOD once I ran speccy. But when I tried speccy again, it didn't crash, so I'm a little lost. I can't run the memtest cause I can't find my dvd drive. Is there another way to test RAM sticks?

There should be a second option with the tutorial for a USB method:

Code:
BugCheck C4, {81, fffffa800f303c20, 8a, 0}

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for mcdbus.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for mcdbus.sys
Probably caused by : mcdbus.sys ( mcdbus+36823 )
The device driver has used to incompatible code when locking physical pages with a MDL.

Code:
1: kd> lmvm mcdbus
start             end                 module name
fffff880`0569c000 fffff880`056d8880   mcdbus   T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: mcdbus.sys

Your MagicISO SCSI Host Controller driver seems to be causing problems, please update the program or remove the program completely from your system.

Hmm darn it. This is the second time that one of you users have pointed out to me that these DVD emulators cause bluescreens. I previously used daemon tools. If this one is bad too... are there any reliable programs that can replace the DVD program without screwing me over haha.

Hmm, I guess I'll use that one then Oh, and I ran the memtest for 9 passes on both sticks, no errors came out. So... I guess I'll just hope that uninstalling magicdisk will solve the problem?

All by itself,... It is the most bizarre thing. Either it goes to sleep by the timer setting or I can use the "Start button" then select sleep. It closes up properly and looks all hunky-dori. Then between 30 and 45 seconds later, it wakes up again. I heard it happening enough last night...
