Hello Topsecret97,

Thanks, this information will be very helpful while assisting you:)

It appears that your SystemInfo is an empty file, please rerun the SF Diagnostic Tool and upload the SystemInfo.txt file.

----------

Here is the usual post I use when I see someone using Torrent programs, please read through it:
P2P Warning!

Important: I notice that there are one or more P2P (Person to person) file sharing programs on your computer;

1. UTorrent
2. BitTorrent

Please note that using any form of peer to peer networking is highly dangerous, as there is no way to identify the source of the files you download, and you can expect an infestation of malware to occur.

Years ago P2P file sharing was safe and easy to do. And while the latter may still be so today, it is most certainly not safe anymore. A peer to peer program is a direct conduit into your computer. Most of these programs lack proper security measures and malware writers can easily breach them, and they continue to exploit the users of these programs to spread their malware.
As addition to that; while using a P2P program, your computer may be sharing way more than you want it to. There have been reports of people's passwords, personal, private and financial data being exposed via P2P networks, only because they had a peer to peer program installed, and lacked the skills to configure it properly.

Please read the following reports on the dangers of using peer to peer programs and file sharing.
Risks of Peer to peer systems
File sharing infects 500.000 computers
File-sharing dangers involve more than legal troubles
Seattle man arrested for P2P identity theft

I highly recommend that you uninstall the above mentioned P2P programs, as I can not guarantee your safety from malware if you leave them installed and the likelihood of reinfection is very high to certain.
You can uninstall them by doing the following steps;

1. Click on the .
2. Click on Control Panel and under Programs click on Uninstall a program.
3. Wait for the list to update, and when done, please right-click on the icon of the program(s) mentioned above and select Uninstall.
4. Follow the on screen instructions, and when prompted, please restart your computer.
When you have multiple P2P programs installed Click No - I will manually restart later when prompted to restart, and repeat steps three and four until all programs are uninstalled, and click Yes - Restart now when you have finished uninstalling the last P2P program.
If you choose not to uninstall them, please refrain from using any P2P program during this fix! Using them may interfere with any measures we may take.
----------

I see that you are using Microsoft Security Essentials, good! We always recommend it here:)
Please run a full scan and report back any threats found.

----------

Please also download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here or Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
• Please uncheck the Enable free trail checkbox.
• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Full Scan", then click Scan.
• The scan may take some time to finish, so please be patient.
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
• Copy & Paste the entire report between

tags in your next reply.

If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process, if asked to restart the computer, please do so immediatly.

----------

It is quite late here now, so I will only be able to report back here tomorrow, please be patient.

In your next reply I would like to see;

• An updated SystemInfo.txt file.
• The logfile created my MalwareBytes.
• Whether or not Microsoft Security Essentials found any threads.

Good luck and keep us posted,
Nommy

Hello Topsecret97,

The scans might not find anything, but it's better to be safe than sorry
So please let MSE and Malwarebytes run a full scan as displayed in my previous post.

----------

Please reduce the items that run at start up. You basically only need your anti virus to run at start up, all other programs are not necessary and can be removed from the start up list.
Check this tutorial to see how to add or remove start up items.

----------

Please also do what Koolkat has suggested in your other thread here.

Hmm Nommy I might leave this thread at this point as I did ask for the SFC and chkdsk early on but I think the machine was still playing up or something and it wasn't done as far as I know and you are more qualified than I for this one:)

Let me get this straight, your temps are still 50/60 - 80/90ºC, even after getting the support bar?

I would advice you to reapply the thermal paste by following this tutorial and to clean your desktop on the inside as displayed in this tutorial.
Having a clean desktop with proper thermal paste will make those temperatures drop and might solve your issue.

I have asked Koolkat (who assisted you in your previous thread) to take a peep here, as this is more her terrain than mine. Please be patient in the mean while.

Good luck and keep us posted,

Yes I have a thermal paste, but I have a member of my family that understands about computers, and he said that I need to remove the cpu to put the thermal paste, my computer is a laptop, I opened it once to clean the dust but I didn't removed the mother board, which it's necessary to clean the fan and to access the cpu, but I don't want to do that, that are too many wires and many stuff, if I remove something out of is place, RIP laptop. I don't like to take it to repair shops because I don't know what they do there, and I have to pay. My is only 2 years old, my last pc I had it during 4 years, I was expecting this to take a litle long because it's good and was expensive...

The problem is not the temperature, because it only happen sometimes, and I had some days that I played all day, my pc was all day at 80/90º and it didn't shuted down.
It can be like 1 or 2 months without having the BSOD, and it can be 1 week doing that all days, I just don't understand it...
And I have formatted my pc like 4 times with different windows, so it's not software.
And the BSOD don't leave any dump file... I have Small memory dumb (256KB) %SystemRoot%\Minidump
but there is nothing there, I also tryed Kernel memory dump, nothing

If you don't feel comfortable with reapplying thermal paste, at least clean your pc like you did last time. This could very well solve your high temperatures. And believe me, 90ºC is absurtly high.
