BSOD 0c4, parameters 0x91, 0x02, x fffff800`03011c40, 0x00 ntoskrnl.ex

Hi there,

I have tried for 2 days to troubleshoot this bugger and i am about 100% defeated
Ive made a fresh install of OS, installed chipset and all the drivers, updated windows
I have tried Driver verifier for advanced troubleshooting, but it simply wont make the dumpfile with verifier on, so i disabled it again,
I'll upload all the minidumps that occured in this install of OS - used the SF diagnostic tool to ease it for you guys.. Please tell me if u need something else.

some BSOD's blame nvlddmkm.sys and ntoskrnl.exe but most only blame ntoskrnl.exeheres whats up,

DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION
0x000000c4
00000000`00000091

fffff800`03011c40
00000000`00000000
ntoskrnl.exe
