    like i said in the other thread directly relating to the printer my persistance paid off, i uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers 4 times, the 4th time worked, for now.:)

    now on to the next problems, in the event viewer i am getting multiple new errors. is there an easier way for me to upload the content other than individually copying each one and pasting it?

    For now thats what im gonna do.

    If your system is x64, then why is the print spooler running as 32 bit?
    I'd ensure that you've installed the 64 bit version of the drivers for your printer from the Samsung website.

    thats the crazy thing, the driver is a multi driver(runs either 32 or 54) the os should determine which to use by default.

    and by the way, windows uses a program called splwow64.exe to run 32 bit programs in a 64 bit environment.

    but what about all of the other stuff? any clues? thank you for your help
