Hello Mistral.

Your crash dumps are not showing any finite probable cause.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

If memtest comes free from errors, enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

information   Information
Why Driver Verifier:
It puts a stress on the drivers, ans so it makes the unstable drivers crash. Hopefully the driver that crashes is recorded in the memory dump.

How Can we know that DV is enabled:
It will make the system bit of slow, laggy.

warning   Warning
Before enabling DV, make it sure that you have earlier System restore points made in your computer. You can check it easily by using CCleaner looking at Tools > System Restore.

If there is no points, make a System Restore Point manually before enabling DV.

Tip   Tip

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

Something is odd there .... about your BIOS date. We are having two different information about it.
  • One .... the date is 10/12/2012
  • The other ... the date is 10/12/2555
Have you done anything with the system date? If so, why? Let us know?

If it were me, I would be having a very serious talk with your friend. He has, for all appearances, set your computer with a pirated version of Windows Ultimate and Microsoft office. The additions to defeat the code may very well be what is causing your issues or at least part of the problem.

It is the policy of this forum, not to provide assistance to anyone with pirated or illegal software. As it stands now, we will no longer be able to provide you any assistance. When you purchase legal software for your computer and provide us with a report showing it is legal we will be most happy to assist you as best we can.

When you get the legal software, please return with a current report of the program you just ran for Arc and we Will provide whatever assistance you need. Until then we can be of no further help to you.

I do hope you understand ans also appreciate the reasons for this. Good luck to you.
