BSOD while browsing internet eg. facebook, yahoomail, playing games

    BSOD while browsing internet eg. facebook, yahoomail, playing games


    i downloaded a windows 7 at torrent installed it and after an hour or two, poof* BSOD, then almost everytime. i borrowed a windows 7 home premium *genuine from a friend and i installed it. still having BSOD after an hour. i dont know whats the problem. i already cleaned my ram and its slot. i run checkdisk, windows memory diagnostics. still having BSOD.

    here's my comp specs

    intel core2duo 3.0ghz
    160 gb hdd sata
    2gb ddr3 ram
    on board vcard

    im using google chrome as my browser, os is windows 7 home premium.

    Download a clean .ISO image for the appropriate version of Windows 7 the retail key is for, and then follow these steps for a complete clean install - Clean Install Windows 7

    This is important, since downloading .ISOs from torrents usually come with hidden malware and spyware.

    sir, i already installed a genuine cd of windows 7 home premium which i borrowed from a friend.. this dvd comes with 32bit and 64bit dvd.

    I'm not saying your installation is not genuine, but the .ISO you used was downloaded from a torrent site, and could be bundled with malware.

    i didn't download a .iso file, it was already on the dvd..

    the second attempt is the time i installed using a dvd..
