tl;dr I've done everything up until the Disk Check, all antivirus scans negative, SFC didnt fix everything.

And about the dumps, since my the privilege and ownership of files is a little iffy on my computer, I had to copy them by hand from that same folder so I'm afraid that it's all I have.

That's disappointing, did you happen to catch the stop-code i.e 0x00000116 / 0x00000117 / 0x0000003b?
I recommend you complete the steps suggested as they are based upon experience.

That points the finger again at a driver used by your GPU.

Test if the PC is getting hot:

• Download Speccy and post a Screenshot of the summary window, one at idle and another while putting load on the PC using Prime95 for the CPU side and Furmark for the GPU.

Did you test the RAM yet?

P.S. Should I use both Prime95 and Furmark at the same time and then get the temp readings?

Those temperatures are very hot!

Check your PC for dust accumulation
and clogged fans (especially between the heatsink fins [the metal part of the fan])

You could run at the same time in-order to get maximum stability and temperature readings
but I urge not to do so considering your current situation.

Also I recommend using Speccy, it gives a more accurate reading on a broader range of components.

Test the as described at koolkat77's post and share the results.
