Yes, once again it's a blocked irp caused by your wireless adapter.

Every time I open Wireless_16.1.1_Ds64.exe a little icon pops up then disappears and nothing else happens. No indications of an installation occurring.

Ok I installed another file so that has been updated now. Any ideas about catalyst and AMD issue because I have not touched that yet.

You can install the new driver using the device manager.

What file did you install?
Uninstall completely then restart the PC and install the driver only.

Ok, removed AMD completely I believe... but at the device manager window it still has the yellow symbol.

In response to your question regarding what other file I installed = Wireless_16.1.1_s64.exe

OK thanks, are you trying to install the driver but you are presented with an error of some-kind?
Or is the install completes successfully it reports while after a restart a yellow triangle remains in the device manager?

Can yo post a screenshot?

Should I leave the Wireless_16.1.1_s64.exe alone then?

Here is a screenshot of Device Manager:

Thank you, Yes for now if it has installed correctly leave it be.

Can you please upload the MSINFO32 file?
Start> RUN> "MSINFO32" without the quotes then hit [Enter].
In "MSINFO32" go to, File> Save> name it your user-name and upload.
