    Random Reboots, BCCode 124

Just over a week ago I installed a new AMD FX 8350 to replace my FX 4100. It's been working fine up to a few days ago when after installing a program (Razer Comms beta) my computer rebooted. When the system is on again a window pops up with this message:
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1
    Locale ID: 2057

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 124
    BCP1: 0000000000000000
    BCP2: FFFFFA8008436038
    BCP3: 0000000000000000
    BCP4: 0000000000000000
    OS Version: 6_1_7600
    Service Pack: 0_0
    Product: 256_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\082713-23946-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Edward\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-54303-0.sysdata.xml

If the online privacy statement is not available, please read our privacy statement offline:
    C:\Windows\system32\en-US\erofflps.txt

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The screen doesn't give any kind of error message when it's shutting down so I'm not sure what to make of it. The rebooting seems to occur quicker when running games but doesn't always happen in-game. Whether this is a hardware problem (overheating) or something to do with the Razer Comms being installed I'm unsure but any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks
I've linked the SF Diagnostic zip file if that helps anyone also :)

You're using an SLP_OEM product key on a retail motherboard.
Format and activate Windows using a legitimate product key.
