Win7 7100 crashes with no activity

hi...my windows 7 7100 crashes sometimes! the image freezes, and it can happens during a game, listening music, or simply on desktop with no activity.

Can anyone help me? I don't know what to do! I have an overclock...can that be the problem? And what about Windows 7 7127?

thanks

If yor system is experiencing freezing whilr overclocked, try setting it back to default.

Which is more important??

1. Overclocked hardware

2. System stability

choose and act accordingly...

Good choice... set everything back to system defaults and see if your problem persists

Remove the overclock and see if that helps
- if it does, then the overclock was the issue
- if it doesn't, then the overclock wasn't the issue.

Overclocking will cause components to fail more quickly - so the reasoning that it was working fine is no assurance that it will remain so.
