BSOD while doing just about anything, error 0x000000d1 with netio.sys

    I may take untill tomorrow to say that it's been fixed, but if I respond earlier it is probably cause it wasn't, so if I don't respond for some time it's a good sign...

    It didn't fix the problem, it did seem like it helped though... but still during extensive use of the internet it still causes a BSOD

    will the sysdata file that windows mentions that will help describe the problem do of use?

    eg:
    files that help discribe the problem:
    blahhh/file.dmp
    appData/Local/Temp/WER-number-0.sysdata.xml

    This is soooooo annoying what could be the problem???!!! this is the longest I've ever taken trying to fix a BSOD, I'm a techy/(helping-people-fix-their-computers person) too but I've never spent so long trying to figure one out, Some more help would be appreciated, thanks for the help so far.

    I have found a solution that I am now going to test if it works, as I think the problem has something to do with utorrent and I searched it up, so yah I will be waiting again to see if it crashes
