Make it sure that the Samsung 840 PRO Series SSD is running with the up-to-date firmware. Use Samsung SSD magician to ensure it.

Scan your 1 TB Hitachi using Hitachi Drive Fitness Tool.

Scan the system for possible virus infection with the following programs. Its a must, irrespective of the results.

• Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller
• Windows Defender Offline

Change the SATA Cables. Apply them in different ports on the motherboard.

hey i did Samsung SSD magician for firmware and it wasnt up to date not it is now im about to scan my 1 tb hard drive

i did that test and i got two okays so i guise my hard drive its not going to die right i got two ok with bunch of toehr stuff in it

You may do all the suggestions ... but some of those are not anyhow related to your issue. The outdated SSD firmware is enough to cause a stop 0xF4; and is is the prime cause. As now it is updated, wait and observe how it is working.
