    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen


    I'm having a problem with my computer appearing to shut off and becoming unresponsive.

    I usually keep my laptop on most of the time, just shut the lid to turn the screen off. But often times when I re-open it, the screen won't turn back on, and everything becomes unresponsive; until I press the power button at which point it shuts off, and restarts asking me if I'd like to start in safe mode.

    Here's the error that comes up once I restart:
