    Thanks :) .
This bugcheck can be either hardware, software or both.
    Code:
The PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED bug check has a value of 0x0000006B. This bug check
indicates that the initialization of the Microsoft Windows operating system failed.

    Cause
Any part of the disk subsystem can cause the PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED
bug check, including bad disks, bad or incorrect cables, mixing different ATA-type
devices on the same chain, or drives that are not available becuase of hardware regeneration.

This bug check can also be caused by a missing file from the boot partition
or by a driver file that a user accidentally disabled in the Drivers tab.
I strongly advise you backup your files incase of the HDD failing!
Using the linux distro linked in post #5.

A disk check is needed to verify if installing Windows is even an option on the current
hardware, but should only be performed once the important data is backed up first!

       Warning
The following steps should not performed on an SSD!

    Testing the HDD:

    1. Perform a Disk Check | Disk Check
    2. Then Post the results following | THIS METHOD
    3. Download SeaTools for Windows if you don't want to use a CD to test the HDD you can use YUMI – Multiboot USB Creator to create a bootable USB (instructions are found at the bottom of both pages).
    4. If SeaTools for Windows is unable to recognize your HDD visit HDDdiag and follow the instructions.

The links I've posted in post #12 have options to perform at boot / using the Windows CD.

When you say you can't select anything at the Advanced Boot Options menu (F8), what happens exactly?
Are you able to move the highlight bar up and down but not select anything using the Enter key?
